How we work

We start with you.And your business.

We start with understanding you and your business. Your ambitions, priorities and ways of working shape what follows, including what to pursue, what should wait and what must remain in your control.

  1. Understand your business and how it works

Listen to leadership and the people doing the work. Map how work, information and decisions flow through the business, including handovers and bottlenecks. Understand how you create value, what you want to achieve and what you would not compromise.

  2. Assess, prioritise and focus

Identify the value levers in your business and where value leaks through lost revenue, avoidable costs, delays or underused capacity. Rank opportunities by value, readiness and risk, then concentrate resources on the few priorities that matter most. Deciding what to stop, defer or decline is as much a part of strategy as deciding what to pursue.

  3. Create a cohesive strategy

Start with the outcomes your business needs. Use first principles to challenge inherited assumptions and explore new business models. Build for exponential change, testing how shifts in technology, costs and competition could overturn today’s rules of value creation. Consider multiple futures rather than rely on linear forecasts. Connect priorities in an adaptable roadmap with clear owners, acceptance criteria and triggers for revisiting decisions.

  4. Evaluate the route and partners

Compare build, buy and hybrid options. Assess technology suppliers and delivery partners separately, documenting the reasoning and dependencies.

  5. Assess dependencies and sovereignty

Map the direct and indirect dependencies AI introduces across the full supply chain, including data, models, software, infrastructure, cloud services and delivery partners. Provide an AI sovereignty score using agreed criteria, with the evidence, assumptions and limitations documented.

  6. Plan for disruption and recovery

Assess disaster scenarios, including infrastructure outages, supplier withdrawal, data loss and cascading failures. Agree fallback arrangements, recovery priorities, response owners and exercises to test continuity plans.

  7. Test within a defined scope

Agree a bounded pilot and its acceptance criteria, starting read-only where appropriate. Results determine whether to proceed, revise or stop.

  8. Build, ship or support delivery

Where the scale of the engagement allows, we build and ship the agreed AI solution. You can also choose a documented recommendation, procurement support or independent oversight of your delivery partners.

We agree ownership and access rights from the outset, including data export, human approvals and the ability to change providers. Third-party tools and models retain their own terms.
